FAQ

1. Bluetooth earphone is not discoverable

Step 1:  make sure the Bluetooth earphone is at paring mode (it usually indicated by Blue and Red light flash alternately)

Step 2:  if earphone is at paring mode, please restart the Bluetooth function of your phone and check once again

 

2. Bluetooth earphone is not able to pair with your phone

Step 1:  operate the pairing as per the user manual included in the box

Step 2:  reset the earbuds as per the description in the user manual, if the issue still persists, please turn to the customer service center for help

 

3. Bluetooth earphone is not charging

Case 1: if the earbuds has been idle for a very long time, charge the charging case for some time to activate it

Case 2: check with another charger or charging cable, if the issue still persists, please turn to the customer service center for help

Case 3: for TWS, if the earbud is not charging, please check the pogo pin if there is dirt on the contact, use cotton swab to clean the pogo pins

 

4. Disconnection happens while using the earphone

 

Case 1: it could be the earbud has low battery, please get it charged and see if the issue resolved

 

Case 2: the working distance for Bluetooth headset is 10m, check if it exceeds the range, and if there is barrior in between and/or interference, it could cause disconnection issue

 

5. After using sometime, sound quality deteriorate or imbalance sound between left & right earbuds

It could be caused by blocked sound outlet, remove the earmuffs and clean the mesh

 

6. Earbud control is not responsive

Though our earbuds are able to pass drop test at 1.5m, but when it falls down to floor at a higher level or it drops for too many times, it could cause malfunctioning of control, please check if the front and back housing moved, press until they become seamless.  If the issue still persists, please turn to customer service center for help.
