Ⅰ. Warranty Policies of OVEVO Bluetooth Earphone
Thank you for using the OVEVO Bluetooth headset. We will implement a comprehensive three-guarantee service in accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and "National New Three Guarantees Regulations" promulgated by the relevant departments of the People's Republic of China. For discrepancies or omissions in China's national policy, the Chinese national policy shall prevail!
1) Within 7 days after day of purchaing, if there is any performance failures listed in the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" , consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair the product;
2) In 8 to 30 days after day of purchaing, if there is any performance failures listed in the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" , consumers can choose to exchange or repair the product;
3) While purchasing, please fill in the warranty card completely, correctly and truthfully and ask for a valid purchase invoice for safekeeping;
4) A valid warranty card and purchase invoice are the basic guarantee for realizing your "Three Guarantees" rights. (Valid Warranty Card and Invoice: The content filled in is comprehensive, true and correct, without traces of alteration.) If you lose the valid invoice and the three guarantees certificate, and cannot provide a copy of the valid invoice and the three guarantees certificate, warranty date counting from the day of the production date of the device, we will provide one-year warranty or exchange services for your products;
5) The company does not assume three guarantees for other accessories of the product (for example: data cable, manual, warranty card, etc.).
Notes:
1. The above "three guarantees" service is only valid for products sold in mainland China.
2. For consumers living in Europe and North America, please refer to the terms and conditions of the "Europe and North Europe Limited Warranty". For American citizens, all disputes arising out of this limited warranty or related to your purchase within the limited warranty Disputes related to OVEVO products, whether based on contract, tort, fraud, or any other legal theory, shall be governed by the laws of your current state, regardless of its conflict of laws principles.
Ⅱ. Warranty Description and Principles
1) Your warranty service is only valid under normal use. Products that are damaged by humans and fall under one of the following conditions are not subject to three guarantees, but can be repaired with charges:
a. Beyond the validity period of the three guarantees;
b. Damage caused by human factors, including use in abnormal working environment, damage caused by use not in accordance with the instructions, etc.;
c. The user disassembles, repairs, refits, or repairs by a non-company joint warranty unit;
d. Damage caused by Force majeure ( such as flood, fire, earthquake, thunder and so on);
e. Without product warranty card and valid proof of purchase, or product model or barcode does not match or has been altered;
f. Failures, defects or defects caused not by our company.
2) Others:
a. Damaged appearance (wear, scratches, etc.) will not be eligible for return and exchange services;
b. Failures caused by networks, wireless information service providers (operators), etc. are not covered by the warranty;
c. We won’t offer services for verbal promises made by sellers which exceeds principles in the warranty card.
3) For products that conform to the replacement policy, customers can go to our company’s joint guarantee point for replacement. If the device fails, you can replace it with one of the same specification and model for free.
4) For products that need to be repaired, you can go to any joint guarantee points for repairs.
5) For water or serious man-made damage to the machine, user must first sign the relevant commissioned maintenance agreement with the OVEVO after-sales service center.
6) All parts and accessories that are replaced during the warranty period belong to our company.
Ⅲ. Precautions for Repairing and Picking up the Device
a. When sending for repair, please fill in the repair form according to the requirements, the contents should be clear and the information should be valid (name, address, contact number, fault phenomenon, etc.);
b. Before sending the device for repair, please back up all your stored information and data (such as phone numbers, text messages, pictures, etc.) and delete them to avoid loss, damage or leaks during testing and maintenance. In any case, the OVEVO after-sales service center and its staff shall not bear the responsibility and obligation of backing up or restoring information and data for you, and shall not bear any consequences caused by the loss, damage or disclosure of information and data. Please keep the legality of your stored information and data. In order to respect your privacy (unless necessary to provide services), we will not transmit, backup or review your information and data, but reserve the right to refuse service for illegal content;
c. Customer can pick up the device with the the repair form. If the customer accidentally loses the repair form, the customer must go to the repair office to report the loss with his valid ID. The device can be picked up after 7 days.
